where from?
From the Heritage Bookstore at the Sailor’s Village (Youm Al-Bahhaar).
say whaaaat?! There is a bookstore in youm al-bahhaar? Are we talking about the same youm al bahar located across the street from the house of parliament??
Yes! They sell old books on Kuwait and the Gulf. Most of the books are rare to find, which explains the astronomical prices. Not sure iif it is open in the summer, since the guy who works there is on holiday. They usually open after 5pm & only accept cash.
