That is censorship gone too far. Me thinks it is likely the doing of a being who is mentally challenged or is beer bellied or both. The joke is on the authorities that they may seek to censor Gray’s anatomy text book in Kuwait and ban obstetrics and gynecology as a subject for medical school teaching in Kuwait.
at least they should censor in proper way,like keeping it on the skin as it would look like hes wearing pajamas higher than waist rather than looking like a child scribbled the magazine.
