censorship in Kuwait is based on the mood of the censor. Clearly there are no set standards for censorship in Kuwait.

I watched the same movie in KNCC (300) twice, once at day of release and once when it was almost out of theaters.
They censored MORE the second time. It really does seem random.
Maybe the tatoo itself was considered offensive
Sometimes I think these are sensored by the stores themselves.

There’s a lot of amateur tattoo artists that do them outside of their living rooms if you don’t mind hepatitis

they censor some pretty stupid stuff. They worst is when it gets in the way of something else.
Paper magazines still exist? Pretty impressive.

They are part contributory to the dumbing down of Kuwait. The board has to be exterminated before it exterminates the remnants of civilised life, as we know it today.

tatoos are haraam and they are against the moral standards of kuwait…it is a strange phenomenon 😉
