All the creativity of the Kuwaiti populace seems to come out in Western countries.
because its the surrounding and culture that promotes arts or any sort of mental liberty that creates creativity. countries don’t have a DNA and its air is no different than any other country, again, its the surrounding and culture.
because trying to impress people in Kuwait with music and arts is nearly impossible. You drive a Ferrari in Kuwait, you have respect.
