I don’t believe human shit remains in solid lumps for very long. It quickly becomes a mush in sewage water. More likely this is just some kind of washed up sea weed.
Otherwise, It’s very brave of the photographer to walk in the middle of all that shit and stench.

But still, the govt is really bad with treating sewage. And they do dump a lot of it in the gulf, always taking the easy way.

The youth of this nation should raise their voice and bring this matter up to their government, because quite frankly it is their future on the line. They should demand that their government perform for the nation, for the people, after all, they keep saying it is the oldest democracy in the region and in a democracy residents can raise their voices.
