Someone on twitter made me aware that some readers might not be aware of this. My YouTube channel is www.youtube.com/usurp
The YouTube channel www.youtube.com/mark248am is NOT mine. It does not belong to me and I have no access to it. A few years back someone set up a parody website called www.248-am.com (notice the extra dash) and started spoofing most of my posts. That anonymous person also set up the YouTube account mark248am. The parody website is no longer up but the YouTube channel is.
I’ve contacted YouTube before to shutdown the channel but they refused. But I now heard that there might be a case building against me based on that YouTube channel so I just wanted to make it clear to everyone that my YouTube channel is www.youtube.com/usurp

what the hell is wrong with people!!! there has to be some copyright policy on blogs!!! just cause they are behind a plasma moniter doesnt mean u can do these things these ppl should be tracked by their ips!!!

Mark, perhaps your lawyer should right a letter to YouTube, they are not fast to decide, but if there some problems usually they close channels and ban the users

This is ridiculous- someone is out to get you- remember the saying ‘keep your friends close but your enemies closer’? Well I think they my be one and the same.
That ‘fake mark’ was crazy! I still remember some of the juvenile posts that guy had posted at the time. Too bad hes still causing trouble 😐
Seriously..how bored people can be!! they shld simply GET A LIFE! but remember there are always bright sides to every fucked up story..u just need to notice it :):)
