As I mentioned earlier today Nat arrived at the Damascus airport around 1:40PM. Her flight takes off at 9PM so she wasn’t able to check in until after 7PM. I spoke to her on the phone and she told me the airport is a disaster. Its understaffed, overcrowded and it seems like there is no AC even. She told me a lot of Gulf nationals were panicking and having nervous breakdowns and that the situation at the airport is unbearable.

the news is pretty depressing to watch. Apparntly the Canadians sent two ships from Canada to pick up at least 40,000 Canadians in Lebanon and take them to Cyprus. How long does that take? lol
Time to go site seeing, find a way to the rooftop and stay there for a while.
the important is she is out of lebanon now.
Hey Mark…
It is great that Nat would be back here soon & safe . I hope this violence ends soon and all the innocent civilian lives are not endangered anymore. Good Night Mate..

I hope she gets back soon, I just came back from the airport twice today and people are telling me how bad it is at the airport right now! Its crazy!
I think instead of stressing out, we need to be supportive of everyone who has loved ones in danger zones. Panicking and being hysterical serves no-one, in fact its a negative.
Everyone stay focused.
