I got to New York earlier today after a surprisingly comfortable 14 hour flight. The weather is great here and the hotel room turned out to be as big as in the pictures. I’ve got Arby’s, Wendy’s and White Castle just 5 minutes away which is going to prove to be a problem.
Had a large roast beef n’ cheddar from Arby’s today and it was great. Will post more details tomorrow since I’m currently extremely exhausted.

Have a great time in NYC! I’m so jealous! BUT please go to some better restaurants to eat while in NYC (the land of excellent food). ๐ I know you miss what you can’t have in Kuwait but Arby’s, Wendy’s and White Castle?!? Yucky! Not even after a late night out and shooting pool for shots at the local afterhourโs hot spot. Looool!

Safe travels 7abebe. I hope my country treats you as well as Kuwait has treated me for the last 5.5 years. I arrived here in 2004 and am leaving for good in about 2 weeks. Know what I’ll miss the most? The driving. I’m going to miss the real-life, high-speed, Gran Turismo driving on 30 and the ring roads. ๐
Welcome to the United States Mark, hope you gonna enjoy your staying. Have fun and be safe specially when you are in NY!
what’s already been said– Arby’s etc. are not special to NY, mate! They’re not special at all… but hey, I’m glad you enjoyed your meal there! ๐
But seriously, where’s your hotel, lmk if you want some suggestions. God I miss NY!
Going for the baby delivery?
