I am leaving to Fujairah tonight and coming back Wednesday morning for work. When I first heard I was going to Fujairah I thought they were sending me to Fallujah in Iraq!

its a quiet place, great for relaxing, none of the noise and rush of Dubai.
The Diar Siji hotel had some nice lounges and night clubs…but that was what….5 years ago..should have gotten better now
Fujairah’s actually gorgeous–totally different terrain from the rest of the UAE, since it’s on the Indian Ocean. Very mountainous and quite cooler. Stayed there at the Le Meridien Aqah Beach a couple of years ago; very nice.
I’ve heard that it has the most fascinating beach in UAE…have fun

Fujairah is everything Dubai is not : calm and peaceful, friendly on the pocket and far less pretentious.
enjoy the drive to fujeira. try to take the masafi-dibba road, its one of the best driving roads in the middle east.

Looks like someone’s off on their second honeymoon! Alot of corporates in Kuwait are arranging wellness breaks and business developments meets on the Caspian coast of Iran and Turkey which can only be a good thing for those that work for them.
