Qualitynet and my blog

Some people are reporting problems accessing the blog with Qualitynet. I have Qualitynet at home and haven’t had a problem but a handful of people have told me they haven’t been able to connect to the blog for over 24 hours. Anyone else having this issue?

update: According to someone at Qualitynet my server is “somehow responding with erroneous checksums on certain cache servers”. I don’t exactly know what that means but they are checking to see how to fix it.

Update 2: Qualitynet have fixed the problem and everything should be back to normal now.

There was a problem yesterday … many sites wasnt opening, i think an entire international route was not viewable… but thinks were fine about an hour later…

Saw your post in my RSS reader. I have Qualitynet and I just tried accessing your site and it wouldn’t open. I’m accessing it through a proxy right now to post this comment.

Qualitynet has been having problems since Monday. I called them today they said they solved it. But they’ve been saying that since Monday. Every time I call I get a different answer. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. It feels like they’re treating you like an idiot. Very disrespectful. It might not be the operator’s fault since he gets the status updates from the technical department but I don’t care who’s responsible, they have to fix their customer support and learn how to talk on the phone. Also, you get the feeling they’re wasting your time and not telling you the truth. For example, some ask me for my number and some don’t, even though its right there in front of them. Some ask you all these unnecessary questions, etc. It feels like they can’t just admit there is a problem. All I want to know if this is a general problem or just me. So why all these questions if its a general problem?

I hope more bloggers talk about their negative experiences because we have to let these companies know that for them to do well they have to adapt to the new way of customer relations and marketing in an online world. Which is all about transparency, social media etc. I haven’t checked, but does Qualitnet have a status feed on their website? Do they have a blog? I wonder if they’re even listening and monitoring online conversations?

Since this morning around 10 am my connections seems fine, except the problem with accessing your site.

I woke up this morning and saw enough pop-ups from Adium, my chat program. They pop up when I connect to the internet. So my connection got disconnected several times while I was sleeping. This has been happing since Monday. It never used to happen before. Also, I still can’t access your site and the connection is very slow this morning. Looks like Qualitynet still has problems. 5th day now.
