New Sultan Center Locations

tsc1

Sultan Center seems to be expanding since they recently opened their Promenade Mall location in Hawali and now they’ve got two more locations opening up. The one above is at the Alfa gas station on the Gulf Road next to Shaab Park. That location has been empty ever since Alfa took over that gas station years ago and it seems Sultan Center have now taken it over and are opening an “Express” location there.

The second location they’re opening up is a pretty surprising one, they’re opening in Bneid Al Gar in the Massaleh Towers. I say surprising because the other than the Massaleh Towers, the area around them is pretty ghetto.

its not exactly “sold out” but it is an area where lots of people wana live, especially in places like “al salam”.

I like sultan center, they usually stock imported USA/UK food brands that I can’t find anywhere else. Although LuLu has been doing better job recently.

Lulu has been doing good, Saveco has been doing really well too. There’s a lot of good new competition. I’ve stopped heading to Sultan because they’ve gotten worse and worse over the past few years.

I think Sultan in that specific area of Bnaid El Gar is a good location…

Masaleh is now expanding and the new two towers are almost finished. They are calling the main two areas (Masaleh West and Masaleh East areas). There is also Aysha Al Salem complex and other good complexes in that area.

Remember that Alive Yoga (your favoriate) is also in the same area. That specific area can’t really be called a “Ghetto”.

Actually that specific area can literally be called the ghetto. Masaleh, Alive Yoga and Aysha Al Salem Complex are the only decent buildings in that block and they’re on the main road. This TSC is opening up in the back of Masalah and that whole area is ghetto and I’m not talking salmiya ghetto I’m talking super ghetto.

You should just drive behind masaleh one day or I’m sure you must have gone to Dandoush or Bader al Badoor for a shawerma, both are nearby. If you’re not gonna call that area a ghetto what are u gonna call a ghetto?

It doesn’t matter… there’s enough of Sultan’s target audience occupying Massaleh Towers and Aisha Al-Salem and Zeina and others to keep this little branch busy. I. for one, am thrilled!
