A friend made me aware you can order groceries online from Saveco supermarket. At the moment they only have their Tesco products and the website isn’t that great really but I guess you have to start from somewhere. Actually, I take that back, you either do something right or you don’t and right now I don’t know why Saveco has bothered with an online website if it only includes a tiny fraction of their products and just one brand. Actually you can order anything you want for free delivery as long as you have whatsup. YOu just have to know what to order is the problem.
Honestly with her budget that website sucks. There a bunch of online shops popping up now. 2aorganic.com, tadkw.com, choicesco.net, mybluepassion.com . I guess this is the new trend.
They could’ve taken a little more time to refine the site and service.
Maybe they just want to lead the race in online grocery shopping in Kuwait and test out the market.
It looks like there’s no expiry date mentioned on the online shopping items. I can imagine it would be hard to keep updating it but we have noticed on some occasions that expiry dates are too near for some products.
It wouldn’t be worth ordering online just to find out you have to stuff yourself to manage expiry dates. Or even fresh produce, only to arrive in a lesser condition than you expected and to be returned.
It’s just easier to go yourself sometimes.
This website might be in beta or still in testing and they might have forgotten to add everything, it happens even for a big company.
Same thing happened with electrozan they made an online shop i found it and i was able to order some products but I didn’t make the order, but after a week the website went down
I agree with Mark. When you do something, try and get it right the first time. The site is extremely slow, tough to navigate and most importantly does not have what I want. Leaving a distaste in the mouth of customers will leave a bad memory and drive them elsewhere potentially. I’m a recent Saveco convert and I was waiting for the website to emerge. This was an extremely poor attempt
As there are issues with the website you can whatsapp them your shopping list- if they have anything out of stock or any questions they will call you.

You mean Taw9eel? Yeah they’ve gotten worse since 6 months ago. Their delivery time has increased from the promised 4 hours to +12 hours and they always lie to you if you asked them why they’re taking long and their customer care are rude.
I think he said ta6eel ( probly ta6weel ) to make fun of it’s name because it’s so slow and bad.

Talking about saveco, the company’s instagram is filled with food photographs lifted from blogs and photographers, photoshopped to put their product where negative space is. Whatever happened to ethics!
Who can recommend a good online store for groceries i can shop from in Kuwait
