I don’t know what took so long but Sonicare electric toothbrushes are now finally available in Kuwait. I used to use Oral B toothbrushes previously but I read so many great things about Sonicare I eventually picked up the Sonicare Flexcare model 3 years ago and haven’t looked back since. Only issue I was having was that I was ordering replacement heads online which was adding to the already expensive cost of the heads, now I can get them locally. How often do you change the head?
around every 6 months, you can tell when the blue color brushed on the head turns white.
6 months?! that’s a very long isn’t? i thought you have to change them every 6-8 weeks.
I guess i have to learn about these are used, i have never tried any…

Also, according to their tutorial, you have to change the head every 3 months.
Divide top and bottom teeth into 4 areas(2 top and 2 bottom) 30 seconds per area total 2 mins.
The easiest way to tell when the brush head needs replacing is when the blue bristles on the brush turn white.
I used an electric toothbrush a few times… i never quite got the hang of it. Are you supposed to hold the brush stationary against the teeth while it rotates or are you supposed to move it back and forth against your teeth like you do with a regular brush?
