I just took the running workshop at The 3 Club today and I thought it was very informative. The workshop was three hours long and combined theory and physical activity. i can’t even run will this place like teach how to run like 5 with out stopping ?
They have a running club which you can sign up to where they run twice a week. This workshop is more technical.
