I doubt anyone still watches KTV, but if for some very odd reason you feel like watching it, the Ministry of Information has live streams available on their website. All in all there are 8 KTV channels available to stream and you can check them all out [Here]

Hey! I used to watch KTV2 in the late 90s. I don’t remember titles of anything else other than Pokemon, Teletubbies and Sesame Street. If you remember other cartoons/tv shows they had, could you name them please?

I agree, no one used to watch KTV when Al-Watan Tv was around. Since Al-Watan go shut down, KTV stepped up its “game” and even hired some of the previous hosts and program producers from Al-Watan. Good move for KTV.
I actually use their app (not the online streaming) frequently. I watch it whenever there’s a live event in Kuwait I want to see. Like the opening of the Opera House and stuff like that. And it’s, surprisingly, fast and smooth. I’ve been telling my friends about it forever (ok, a couple of years tops).
There’s also syria tv, Syria Drama, Sama Tv(Syrian channel) & Syria education tv live stream are available on YouTube.
