I’m in Jordan

Four Seasons

The Jordanian airport is pretty tiny and very old but somehow they have the same e-gate system Dubai have. They also have Corona in their duty free which gives them a 1-0 over Bahrain. The weather here is pretty cold, I didn’t check the weather from Kuwait because I figured it would be pretty much the same, thats not the case and I am regretting not bringing a jacket with me. I am staying at the Four Seasons which so far is one pretty nice hotel and I’ve got an amazing relaxing view. I have unlimited Internet for the next days I’m here so I will continue to post while I’m here. So far I like this place.

You’re using Leopard? How many times has it crashed to a point you had to reinstall the whole thing? Happened to me 4 times now. I got fed up and went back to Tiger.

cool … so you are here in Amman 🙂
I would really love to read about your experience in Amman …

anyway here is some places you will like in Amman i suppose:

Rainbow street The best place In Amman (1st circle)
when you reach there start with Coffee & news and then when you finish and open the door, keep going straight in the street opposite to coffee and news till you find on your right a very nice and big graffiti .. there you will find the blouzaat urban art store … go buy some T-shirts from there 😉

and then go back to rainbow street keep going straight

for a the best view in Amman, go to Wild Jordan “ask about it in rainbow street, everybody know it i suppose”

and if you are there after 6 … and u would like to have a drink, search for a bar called La Calle on your left go upstairs 3rd floor you will like it …

when u finish and its like 9 pm go to books @ cafe “ask about it its close to la calle” …
if you are still here tomorrow morning try books @ cafe Friday breakfast its good …
if u want to have a nice dinner go to Abu khalil the chinese restaurant “its also in the same area” …

for clubbing go to Eight at Abdoun circle its not the best but its ok …

and also don’t forget to go downtown … and don’t use a car, walk from rainbow street to downtown for better experience …

have fun …

try a place called a Nai .. it;s very nice. abdoun is there famous street for cruzing 😛 i love place called Oliver’s … also whispers but this 1 kinda old … try there kanafaaa from Habeeba or Jabrii it’s testy yum yum i miss that 1. also they have Makka mall for shopping. i loved Amman it’s nice

oooh 4 season…you must go to their Thai restaurant there and order the Red chicken curry..mmmm good stuff use to order it every time i stayed there.

You’re using Leopard! I hated upgrading to it from Tiger. I couldn’t bare using it for more than a month. I just turned back to Tiger yesterday after backing up “everything” with iBackup. Regret the KD45 I spent on this damn thing.

Good luck in Amman.

latifa i totally second that … its an amazing hotel .. well.. for jordan standards .. ! great gym !! good squash courts.. enjoy it !! u there for business or pleasure ?
