A few readers emailed me to let me know that access between the new Jazeera terminal and the main terminal has been closed off. Previously you could walk from one terminal to another which was convenient since the Jazeera Terminal didn’t have enough seating nor any duty-free shops or restaurants.
I don’t have any idea why they closed access but it sucks that they did. From what I have been told, the only thing open at the Jazeera Airways terminal right now is a Costa that has the longest queue in the world. Not fun.

Well closed or not, Jazeera now sucks. Flights delayed, rude staff, they make u pay for smallest thing (i.e. tea bag) sticking to MEA or Kuwait Airways
I agree they suck big time! My family traveled when the terminal newly opened and they didn’t even have an infant diaper changing station in there. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the journey from terminal via bus to the air plane…couldn’t get better than that!
I left some comments on their IG page to acknowledge…and they had the balls to delete it, no apology in sight. Wheelchair for KWD 10?!!

Tbh I asked Kuwait airways why they were so noisy over London even though they used new planes. They said that they weren’t concerned about the fines, they flew extremely slowly over any airport to make sure that passengers are always safe. The person at the office said that if they were extremely concerned about money they wouldn’t have such spacious seats or such huge meals (which they do). When I flew BA the food wasn’t enough and only a small portion got protein and the rest (including me) were stuck with veggie lasagna which tasted like cardboard, seats were packed like sardines and when landing I doubt he even used because we were wayyy too fast. Kuwait Airways is worth ever penny. Only issues are the entertainment and the no alcohol which can be overcome.

Whoever is travelling via Jazeera, please eat before you go. The Costa isn’t great and the cold sandwiches/wraps on the flight are terrible!
To add to it, they have closed the parking for the arrivals at the Jazeera terminal. It seems like Kuwait Airways is deliberately making it inconvenient for Jazeera travelers.
I flew with Jazeera before Eid and my plan was to eat at Shake Shack before flying but access was closed off

There will be a small duty free in Jazeera’s terminal but it’s not ready yet. I don’t understand why they closed off access to the main terminal before finishing their own duty free. Maybe it wasn’t their decision?
There are 4 Costa Coffees in the terminal, and a Slim’s fried chicken coming soon which will surely stink up the terminal!
I really hope they’ll have a pharmacy in there
