Kuwait – London – Kuwait for KD145

Sadly this offer is with Qatar Airways which means you need to stop over in Doha for around an hour and then fly to London from there. British Airways is KD50 more expensive coming in at around KD200. [Link]

Qatar Airways is one of the most awarded airlines in the world, they gotta 5 star award from Skytrax, one of only five airlines to recive one.

if i was paid one thousand KD to ride on Qatar Airways again, the london route… i would still refuse… my worst flight experience ever… i still recall when we were coming back to Q8, the one hour transit stop at Doha airport turned into a 8+ hour wait… apparently our plane had to just pick some passengers from india or sri lanka and bring them back before taking us home

NEVER AGAIN!

LOL- Apparently this offer doesn’t fit the high criteria of some of the royalty we have on 248.

Maybe we should request from Qatar to show us a certificate of the authenticity of the leather seats to make sure we don’t start our holiday on the wrong foot..

I just tried it again, total price from Kuwait to London and back with taxes: 145.95 KWD

Just to highlight what everyone here experienced.

Qatar Airways can be excellent and can be crap at same time.

Qatar Airways do offer excellent services on routes from Qatar to London or Qatar to US.

The problem with QA is the Kuwait-Qatar-Kuwait route that we will have when we fly on their airline.

I had one personal experience with them on that route, I flew from Milan no problem, only in Qatar-Kuwait route had problem.

My sister flew on them to London and hat delays similar to the one mentioned by one of the posters.

I’m sure we can all form a conclusion now about their service…

Nobody has pointed out that BA will, (almost certainly,) continue with cabin crew strikes throughout the summer. At least Qatar staff cannot go on strike, which is nice if you want to actually arrive at your destination.

I just came back from London on sunday on Qatar airways and it was the worst experience ever, I’ll tell you why:
1- Too many indians, I’m not racist but they’re very uncivilized, they talk loudly, inconsiderate.
2- Qatar airways serves the worst food ever.
3- When the plane takes off or lands, they play this old abdulhaleem instrumental songs that is really loud and annoying!!!
4- the staff are just in a hurry, i asked for water 3 times and when the hostess brought the water she was looking for me even though she was standing next to my seat!

i dont prefer qatar airways, service is really bad and the airport is not well organised !! so no, i wdnt take it..
