Oculus Rift in Kuwait

oculus

Yesterday I noticed Fantasy World was selling the Oculus Rift virtual reality system. I’m not sure they’re being sold anywhere else but the price at Fantasy World is a ridiculous KD399. I say ridiculous because you could order it from Amazon UK and have it shipped to you directly to Kuwait for just KD194 including customs which is half the price. Here is the Amazon [Link]

that looks like Oculus Rift consumer, you can purchase old oculus rift dk1 used for 50k.d.

I got mine when DK1 released, it makes me dizzy.

I wish someone got PS VR or that tell me if it cause dizziness

I have Playstation VR and most games to not cause dizziness. I played EVE Valkyrie and the only issue with that is that it makes you feel a bit uneasy at first but you get used to it. On the other hand, Drive Club VR made me feel super sick and that was something I did not want to experience again.

PS VR is really awesome

the difference is that the Oculus Rift can turn any game with 1st person into Oculus Rift game with couple of programs, like Call of Duty if you want, or even Duke Nukam.

The PS VR is kinda for one set only that releases for it, and you will have to wait for releases for it, not change game settings to adjust it to your liking.

Also got the PSVR with EVE Valkyrie, DriveClub VR and REZ (awesome) with no problems.

Hoping Trackmania will provide the dizziness/puke factor! 🙂

I’ve the Rift for sometime now. Been using it for Elite Dangerous.

However, may main issue currently is that I am not able to register any payment method with any of my credit cards including Paypal. So I am not able to puchase any of their games from their app.

I was referring to the brand new mini NES console that Ninentdo recently relased. Its the one with the 30 pre-loaded games.

I’ll stick to my Sony VR thanks

Batman VR was such a fun experience I was smiling like an idiot the whole time playing it.
Can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store for us with VR Games.

The PS VR has better games at the moment than Oculus and Vive and they are more polished since they come from bigger game studios. On the other hand, the Oculus and Vive provide a significantly better experience.

I think I’ll sit out on this generation of hardware.
