I was originally planning to spend the Eid working on my Datsun but ended up sitting on the couch playing No Man’s Sky on my PS4. Didn’t think I’d enjoy it so much but it’s basically a super chill exploration game like Minecraft which I love, so it was super easy to lose track of time with. What did you end up doing?

Which version do you play? I’ve been playing modern warfare 2 for too long now because I like the traditional weapons but I’m getting bored of it.
Games across a 9 year timeline. CoD black Ops, black Ops 4 and MW. I faced the same problem Hisham and so went back in time. Zombies with Kino Der toten in CoD Black Ops was fun after so long!

At home with family mostly. Couldn’t really get out due to a lack of monies as a result of not having a job for almost two and a half months…
Hit the beach! Watched movies and finally after 30 plus years went to the Kuwait towers to check out their breakfast buffet and the view from the dome!

Well, started of with finishing GLOW season 3 and the Wire season 5
Then finally finished devil may cry 5 and Spyro Reignited trilogy (like all three games, 100% done). Then went though a buncha movies. Old man with a gun, Aladdin, some Indian flicks
Downloaded some 4k versions of some movies. Then realized i needed a new external HDD. Found a seagate 2tb one in xcite for 20 kd. Got that. spent a whole lotta time just transferring stuff and organizing files across multiple hard drives.
And then got and started “days gone” and “metro 1” for the PS4.
I started glow season 3 but seems a bit slow right now, only two episodes in

Which Indian flicks did you see? Are we talking Malayalam, Tamil or Hindi or a combination of all those?
So i downloaded a mallu movie called “athiran”, which is kind of like shutter island set in 1967. i liked it, so i started for looking for other movies set in different periods.
i found some nice ones like Kammara Sambhavam, Paleri Manikyam, Odiyan and Unda (modern though)
I’ll take a look-see at all those.
I binged on a couple Adoor Gopalkrisnan films this break – The Walls and Antaram. I loved them! He’s one of my all time favorite Indian filmmakers.

oh sweet. adoor is at different level. I havent seen Anantaram. Mathilukal is amazing.

Played Civ 6 for 12 hours straight – ended up dreaming about the bloody game !
Try no mans sky, it’s super addictive as well
I spent most of it playing Zelda: Breath of the wild with some friends coming over, along with an endless supply of brewed coffee, was rather chill haha
As no civil ID yet, I can’t play my Xbox One X as the games need updates and I can’t get internet :(. However, as this was our first Eid in Kuwait, my Dad arrived yesterday and today we went to 360 Mall and watched the shows they had there.
Absolutely fantastic friendly atmosphere and everywhere my girls go people want to take their picture with their own children – they feel like minor celebrities.
Also had a lovely late evening last night at the Hilton – lots of families and again very friendly, and also great to watch so many people on the beaches in the evening playing sport.
Felt it was a lovely three days.
