A reader of mine captured the video awhile ago in Egaila. According to my reader the coast guards where testing out the hovercraft which is around 2-3 years old but hasn’t really gotten much use. It’s currently being surveyed so they could start using it on a regular basis. If anyone can hook me up with a ride let me know! [YouTube]

oops
I wonder if you can legally own one in kuwait.
I’ve seen one of these zipping around Garoh Island while I was out there on a scuba diving trip.
I have a few photos of this and they did give a small tour to selected people on the day they had the Airshow back in February I believe?
It was fantastic to see how it gets on land and back into the water!
Kuwait Navy was jealous of seeing the US Navy LCAC while troop movements were coming in and out of Kuwait Navy Base. It’s no secret since the amphibious ships are docked bout a kilometer or two every 4-6 months.
