Summer is here and my bakala guy just installed a brand new freezer filled with beautifully arranged KDD ice cream. Since the KDD packaging doesn’t contain any nutritional information I decided to get all the calorie information from the KDD website and list it over here in one easy to read list. Now Fahad is putting together an ultimate ice cream guide but until that’s ready the list below should be useful. These are just some favorites arranged from the highest calorie count to the lowest.
Lulu 257 calories
Silver 222 calories
Gold 185 calories
Burgan 126 calories
Sandwich 91 calories
Failaka 61 calories
Sarokh 53 calories
Raspberry Lolly 49 calories
If your favorite KDD ice cream isn’t here you’ll find it on their [Website]

Cool
Btw..GOLD(Cone) 4 the Win ;))
ooff … what am i supposed to do with my box of lulu now!?
give it to someone you don’t like
Loolxx..hahahaha.. ;))
There is no ice cream in the world which compares to KDD. The memories it brings….
Sandwich! O how I love thee!
Aw Lulu is the best tasting one, always thought it was 200 or so. Sarookh was obviously the least since it’s like 90% water and food coloring 😛
The Sandwich seems to be the ideal balance.
Mark: post should be ready in a few.
I didn’t include KDD because they all contain trans fats.
I like KDD because they do home delivery. They’re giving away boxes of free ice cream with your home delivery order of cases of fruit juice. I just got 5 free boxes… and thank God, they all turned out to be in the Failaka 61 calorie division! (HELL NO, I’m not going to calculate how many calories 5 boxes amounts to….)
Nothing anywhere in the world beats KDD chocolate milk either. Yummmmm.
آآآآآآآه 🙂
my fav is silver 🙂 200 or 2000 cal i don’t care! nothing will stop me from eating it ^___^
but note that you have posted the number of calories per 100ml while the ice creams are less than 100ml… eg Lulu is 62.5ml so it has 160calories and not 257!! Sandwich is 40ml so 36calories!! :0)
hey that’s a good catch! not bad, will recalculate the totals and update the post
ok i suck in maths.
if the Lolly is 49 calories for 100ml, how do i calculate the calories in 62.5ml? anyone?
100ml = 49 calories
1ml = 49/100 = 0.49 cal
Total calories in a 62.5ml = 0.49 X 62.5 = 30.625 cal
I’m surprised that I got this right because I do suck in math… 🙂
seems complicated but will give it a shot
ok just did it, the calorie count doesn’t seem to bad now
I’m sorry to comment back on this but most of the updated numbers are not correct. I haven’t seen the first numbers you put. But I know one sure thing in KDD ice creams. If they mention the calorie count on the ice cream wrap, it clearly says PER PIECE. I will send you via twitter a snap shot of Failaka (61 Cal) and Rocket (53 Cal) since I happen to have them in my freezer.
Sandwich has around 90 calories.
There website says it’s calories per 100ml and the sandwich is 40ml for example
xD
cross multiply 😉
I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed KDDs nao! sigh
ME toooo, silver cone FTW
🙂 same likes ..
1 2 3 KDD. Would I like a Lolly? YES OH PLEASE!!
@Mark I wouldn’t trust the website I think the wrap is more accurate. There is no way that Sandwich has 36 calories.
Lol there’s no way there’s only 36 calories in sandwich, can’t be. Thick slab of cream between two slices of chocolate biscuit can’t be that low in calories when your average slice of cheese has around 20 calories. Skeptical hippo is skeptical. There’s probably a zero in there somewhere, like maybe 350 calories. If I had to guesstimate I’d say around 250 calories would be more accurate.
i checked the packet and it says per piece while on their website it says per 100ml so i am assuming the website is wrong and will put back the old calories again
Guilt Free Ice cream – KDD 🙂
