Even more good news on the old photographer

A reader sent me a link to an article in Al Qabas newspaper which you can read below:

Basically what the article says is that the His Highness the Amir found out about the old photographer and has given instructions to have him taken care of, giving him whatever he needs. Isn’t that just the coolest thing ever!

Thanks Tannous

Such a wonderful gesture from His Highness The Amir. May God bless Him and grant Him even more. Other leaders should learn from His Highness.

Mark a big shout out to you – extremely responsible blogging.

I dont think this has anything to do with me or my blog or else they would have gotten to him last year when I had posted about him. This has to do more with Al Qabas and their popularity.

Newspaper > Blogs

🙁

Mark, you did your part by helping with the Hajj journey and possibly the Qabas guys read your blogging about Mr. Ibrahim and followed up with the article.

Anyhow, well done everyone 🙂

May Allah bless The Amir for helping him out.

And Mark was the first one to post about it, and it’s all credited to him. I can’t imagine where the old man would be if it wasn’t for Mark.

You are an angel for him, seriously. 😀

I think he read your blog about him .. And it all worked out for him .. Keep up the good work .. I live in NY but enjoy reading your blogs.. I was born in 80 and at that time my parents used to live in kuwait and we all moved to usa in 87 … Thats why i am very close to kuwait .. Once again keep up the good work !!

Toooooo good!

Getting taken care of by the Amir… wonder what that would mean for anyone? No more paperwork issues, no more financial problems. Maybe even a Merc to roam around in and a Private Jet? 😀

It would at least mean when his ikameh is coming up for renewal he doesn’t have to worry about if he can get it done or not.

Last year he was worried he wasn’t going to be able to get it renewed and that he would have to leave Kuwait. He doesn’t have anywhere else to go.

God bless the Amir! Do you know that he also helped Al-Rubai’an bookshop (in Hawali) as well. They were having problems last year & the Amir helped them. He just donated 2 million to Somalia to help them with famine. Imagine the other good deeds he did in private.

Well done Mark & God bless the Amir & his office staff that follow up for him these issues that are of concern to his highness.
