Haha, I saw someone post this today as well! I’ve never seen it in Egypt, but I have had kunafa with prune filling there, honestly some of the best kunafa I’ve ever had! Now I think I’ll get some kunafa for after futoor today 😀

Yeah we have it here in Egypt, its a killer.
I love kunafa, and i love nutella. But i dont think it will taste good together.

My cousin back in egypt told me they started selling Qatayef with Nutella in it, he says it’s like a heavenly dessert of some kind. 😀

I would love to try Kunafa with Indian peda in it. Indian sweets are so amazing and so are Arab sweets. I die for baklava (the arab one, not the greek versions) and kanafa. On my birthday, my manager brought me a kanafa cake and it was heaven on earth.

BTW.. there was this small Fatayer joint in Shara Amman that used to serve Fatayer with Nuttella..
it was good…. I’m not sure if that is common.
