My cousin’s friend told him that if you forward rumors they will come to your house during curfew and play really loud Celine Dion music outside your house.

How does this current quarantine lockdown compare to when you were in Kuwait during the War in Iraq in 2003?
Was there a lockdown back then? I remember the country and streets were empty but that’s because everyone traveled and left but you could go out and do whatever. I remember that was like a permanent check point on the gulf road and lots of kids on ATVs always out and about but that’s about it.
2003 was a bit tense since people were afraid that Saddam was going to attack Kuwait. School was paused, people left and those that stayed bought alot of groceries and duct taped their windows lol.
It turned out to be for nothing, save for a lone missile hitting the docks by souq sharq.
The Corona situation is alot more serious.
