Two more Skylines

Two Skylines

The other day I posted a picture of the first Nissan Skyline GT-R in Kuwait filling up at a gas station. Turns out the Nissan dealership Al-Babtain got their first shipment of Skylines which consisted of 3 cars, 2 being red and 1 a dark grey. The picture I posted the other day was of the grey one and my friend just sent me the picture above of the two red ones. The cars from this shipment and the next two shipments have already all been sold. Each car went for KD30,000.

this machine has been long awaited for… we’ve seen the Japanese version in the Motor Show.

anyone knows when it will be available for sale !!!!

This not an ordinary japaneses car, its a legen. If you don’t appreciate the Skyline then you know nothing about sport cars (I’m American car fan btw). The new skyline has a 0-60mph acceleration of 3.3sec, thats faster than the top dog lamborghini murcielago !

so cause i dont respect the skyline fo shizette i know nothing about cars .. you can do that with modifying any car if you want to !! .. im talking about the luxury your going to get along with the package .. (audi r8) .. the badge (lambo’s bull) .. the name ( ferrari) … dont just give me numbers !!

Change the bumpers, side skirts or any body components on this car and you lose your warranty. Change the rims, you lose your warranty. Change your tires, you lose your warranty, cat-back exhaust, intake, tune, boost-upgrade, different oil than stock, any modification you can think of, you lose your warranty. Even if you take it to a track, and to make sure you dont break the rules, the car comes equipped with a gps tracking system with all the tracks in the area located in the system, when you enter the parking lot of a track, the alarm goes off telling you to exit or guess what? You lose your warranty.

Dont fuck with perfection, 0-60 and 1/4 mile times for this car are sick, not to mention cornering grip and slalom speeds. If you want more power, go for the V-Spec version, its 150kgs lighter and 40hp more powerful and comes with semi-slick track tires, on track it out preformed the Porsche Carrera GT, Corvette Z06/ZR-1 and anything anyone can throw at it.

in the legendary skyline .. back again to the Kuwaiti gulf street :S .. more of the horrible accidents.

Snookie, the old ones were illegal because they only vame with a left hand steering wheel and had to be converted, this comes as a right hand steering from the factory.

Well, it seems the 3agat are 30 years ahead of everyone when it comes to the Skyline. They knew this car was something before everyone else. j/k LOOL

It looks nice. snookie, I don’t think it has anything to do about legal or not. Sometimes the dealers are not supplied with certain cars for production and market limitations reasons. You can buy any car from anywhere in the world and import it to Kuwait as long as it meets the safety standards and the 4 years limit.

Years ago I knew someone who owned a right hand driver position car. The problem was that MOI refused to not issue him license plates because of that. He used to drive it using import license plates.

Those are an American version and it is coming from Japan especially
for the elite and VVIP people in the Gulf,
Until the arrival of the Gulf version next year in 3 / 2009,
It has a warranty on it and with every car comes an owner
Supplement Guide in Arabic language. More of them will come till December/2008 and they should reach 300 cars.

Because it is not just a regular Nissan?
and the price will be different Once the G.C.C version hit the ground and it should not go more than 22,000 D. Those as I told everybody are gift from Nissan for those VVIP instead of Importing them directly from America and pay double the price and ship them from U.S that’s take time. Because they left Japan to the G.C.C countries at the same time they leave to U.S.
hope every body understand what I was pointing.

1st Wont spend 30,000KD on a Nissan Just no..!!!
2nd yes it goes from 0-60 in 3.3sec but after that Dead :P~ (good for small track with alot of corners any Straight line this Dog is Dead
3rd if i am spending 30,000KD on a Nissan i better Do my home work and Get me The All Good looking classy worth money Austin Martin V8 Vantage Guys just be serious This car ain’t worth 30k KD ” tbe3ha 3ala 5arabha yala 17K KD” o t5eb 3aleha Altima on Steroids

Just my opinion

First and foremost.. this aint a SKYLINE. Skylines are over with the R34’s! The legend was stopped then and there. These are now the GT-R. Even with the registrations, it wont be called the Skyline. So i guess the maroor wont be having a hard time..

About someone sayin about spending on a Jap car… first n foremost.. im glad u wont spend on an Import. N if people like u get into imports.. i prolly leave imports my self which is kinda tuff so guess i dont wanna see guys like u drivin em anyway!!

About Lambos n ferraris n Audi R8’s… my car kills them anytime of they day… so all ur left with is a jap cars smoke and a lot of luxury.. have a nice day!

The GT-R is the most amazing car to drive! drove the old one in Japan and I think its the most amazing roadmachine there is! and yes I have driven european Super cars but nothing feels so tame and monstrous at the same time as this car and its a beautifully made machine.

LOVE how serious u guys r taking this … and u call me an 8 year old .. haha … remember .. right is gas .. and left is brake .. !! LOOL

the gtr is car of 2009. it is faster than a bugatti in a circuit not a drag. it has awsome horsepower and amazing speed. your only making fun of it because NISSAN isn’t a big name but a car with that speed and acceleration for just 30,000KD is AMAZING. My dad has a red gtr but it has 1000hp, modified by hennessy. SERIOUSLY IT CAN KICK ANY CARS ASS ON THE ROAD!!!!!
