A friend of mine was passing by Wagamama at 360 Mall and managed to capture this picture of the interior. Looks like they are sticking to their signature long shared tables but they also seem to have some smaller 4 person booths. Wagamama was supposed to open in September but they never did.
Thanks B!

I will be the first there enshallah!
what kind of food they serve ?
It’s good they made several seating options. No one will be willing to sit on those comunal tables ! Yaki Udon all the way ! (that is if they dont mess it up like noodle house)
Woww! Can`t wait!
so excited about it opening here!
Hi Mark. Small spelling mistake. It’s PEEK not PEAK. Same error with the Infunity post as well.
hi guys i could get u information about it opening my fathers friend is the owner of it here in Q8 my dad i thnk is the manager….i can get u the opening date before sunday i hope 😀
Actually reno its correct
oops can’t believe i did that mistake, like around 8 times on this blog already and no one caught it!

Yeah it previously said September
i agree with realist people won’t feel comfortable sitting next to each other they’ll be like “DON’T THINK SO” u know what i mean
i didn’t like the long shared tables thing
Wonder whether the long shared tables will take off well in Kuwait.
they do have an ourside seating too.. it will open in mid NOV.
Communal tables in Kuwait? Should be interesting 🙂
it wouldn’t be wagamama without the long shared tables now would it?
360 sucks. Is anything even open there yet?
Correct, juweira, it woouldn’t be wagamama without those tables, but it’s Kuwait, it will be entertaining to watch the seated people, awkward to be one of them, and you could be a victim of “the people who have nothing better to do than stare.”
I wish wagamama the best of luck, ebi katsu, orange juice, chicken catsu (or yaki udon), concluded with a coconut ice crem and i’m a happy man.
people won’t want to share in kuwait though.
and I bet they’ll pull a maki for the next 2 years …
“im sorry sir , no room, all reserved ….. come bakc in 3 hours”
oh well ……
who owns the place?
Hmm reminds me of the tables in the cafeteria, back in college. I wonder if customers here would really want such a seating arrangement.
the place is tiny compared to the other branches in london!!!!
Menu and pricing for Kuwait is now available here :

I guess paying KD 4 to 5 for a main course noodle dish is not cheap by casual dining standards. I guess you pay for the rooftop ambience at 360 !
Nice to have them here in Kuwait – at least a change. Lets see the quality of ingredients they use. This is where the likes of Noodle House FAIL – All the money spent on ambience and food presentation, but the quality of the ingredients from the bottom of the barrel ( and taste so )
Hello Everyone 🙂
its really a good news to have the wagamama in kuwait. but really i hope to remember my lovely london days in kuwait but in different style of weather … Enjoooooy it 🙂
does anyone know who is the owner of the wagamama in kuwait ?
RMAL own the franchise in UAE https://www.rmalhospitality.com/wagamama.asp
Unsure about Kuwait franchisee ….. but it is not Al-Shaya for sure.
It’s just going to be full of shabab sitting in huge groups heckling all the chicks that come in to pick up takeway. ZZZzzz wake me up when a nuke lands near here.
i thnk its Dagher whos the franchisee im like 80% sure of tht:P
I see that Kuwaitis have no problem sitting on long shared tables at noodles in Dubai and at London’s wagamama.
I can’t wait for it to open 🙂 which will be from what I heard on the first week of Nov.
I don’t think that shared tables are going to be a problem. People are sitting near each other infornt of slider station’s conveyor belt without a problem.
Once I was sitting there and two girls came and sat next to me while the other seats on the bar were empty. So I don’t think people would mind.
nah not 1st novemebr,at a later date thn tht i thnk
I could see shared tables like that if it was a guy’s restaurant or they were serving machboos and an entire family came in to eat. It will be funny to see how it will work: long-bearded guys next to short skirts…
In my opinion, the shared tables will be like the bar long table in T.G.I.F , Chilies ..etc. a few people eat at the bar although most of the American restaurants in kuwait sticking with their theme. so why would Wagamam do it!?
Wawwww, it is great. Ive tried it in London. i heard it is going to open in December……
Dear All,
Thank you for all the nice comments. We are pleased to announce to you that Wagamama Kuwait is NOW OPEND from 11.45 a.m. until 11 p.m – 7 days a week.
The seating style is very interesting. UK came up with a nice design that has preserved the image and style of Wagamama while it respected some of the opinion stated by others regarding the seating being too close to each others as per the original style. You will be able to find your choice of seating according to your style while you could also enjoy outside terrace seating as well and still feel the Wagamama style as well.
The comments on the food so far is great, We have a team of English cooks and managers managing the place and training the staff while the cooks have taken extensive UK trainings for the past 3 month which was the cause of the opening delays. We wanted to insure that the quality and consistency of the food taste, presentation’s and freshness is preserved.
We welcome you all for a visit and hope to service you in the best possible manner and keep the nice Wagamama dinning experience alive, thanking you all for your comments and support.
