Baroue the kids store recently opened a snow park inside their Avenues store called Frostland. I passed by it over the weekend to check it out and was actually impressed. Mostly because I was not expecting their snow park to be so big but also because I didn’t think they would have actual snow.
Frostland is fairly huge considering its located inside a store but the Baroue store was always huge to begin with. The whole top floor of Baroue has now been converted to Frostland with different snow and ice related activities like ice slides, ice cars and the snow dome. Kids and parents are given winter gear to wear because its actually winter in Frostland and you’ll need to be properly dressed to play in the snow.

There is a small ice skating rink + snow play area in Boulevard, Salmiya for kids between the age of 2-7 , that charges KD3.5 per half hour.

I don’t get why outlets in Kuwait think it is fair to charge for guardians. It is ridiculous. Entry should always include free entry for one guardian. Kidzania and now Baroue are taking advantage of parents and it is embarrassing
Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it is a kuwait thing, it’s universal here in the U.K as well as many other countries I have travelled to, parents always pay to come with their children to closed pay areas.
What Kuwait does is (almost) always amazing.
This is a good step by Kuwait. Need more places where families of all sections can hangout
I live in the Montreal & I don’t wanna see snow! It depresses me 🙁
But people in Kuwait have never seen snow and it’s delight for me and them. I can understand ur cinsition as Canada have such harsh and extreme cold winters.

Why are these places always so expensive? Frostland is KD 11. Kidzania is 12 per Child for example. Even a middle class family has to think twice before spending on three kids ie KD 36 for one visit.
