I was only and hour late for work, but I didn’t have time to do my hair and make-up and Rosie couldn’t fit me in at the salon. While I had the hair dryer plugged in to the front socket, I was heating up my curling iron on the rear socket. I almost had my hair styled, sprayed, and was getting ready to curl the second part of my hair, I remembered that I forgot to put on mascara so with my right hand, I held the mascara and the left the curling iron. And then my favorite song came on the radio. My jam. So I turned that up with my right knee. I’m almost ready for my selfie at this point when that curb jumped up in front of my car, the sensors were going crazy (my dad calls them “go fasters”) and the next thing you know, I smudged mascara all over my face and made a quick turn into…. who told them to do road work THERE? Why don’t they have signs? My dad is going to be really upset. I think I want a red S class next.
C63 is now a C69!
Is it possible for the owner of the C63 to sue the municipality for the poor state of road in that location which lead to this accident ?

It sucks but if how in the world does something like that happen? The driver must have been at fault.
Well looks like there was road work going on so there could have been sand on the road which would have made the car slip/slide easily
Yea I think that the hole must have covered or just didn’t show from the driver’s perspective.

I saw another picture of the front, and the car looks pretty much intact. No major damage, so hopefully the person is fine.
If it was a woman, then 100% its the ditch’s fault.
