They did catch him…turns out there was a female that called the cops claiming that she was being kidnapped. Turns out the friend of the female’s brother saw her at some sort of party, the brother then told his friend to bring her to him…as she was being forced into the car she called the cops and they tracked her phones GPS which lead to this chase.
It was cleared up later on when they got all the parties involved at the police station.
Cleared up how? It sounds like it was a kidnapping if they forced her into the vehicle.
I bet that at the end she was the one to be found guilty.
