When that stabbing happened, it was all over the news because it rarely ever happens. If that same thing happened in 90% of the countries, no one would have gave a crap because they’re used to it. Are you really gonna judge the countries’ population because of what four people did? These people aren’t half as bad as the other hooligans and street races you find in most first world countries. I bet if you would find a list of murder’s names in just one state or city in america that is equal to the size of Kuwait, than that list would be 10-20 pages long.
