A friend spotted the LaFerrari near the Avenues this morning. Only 499 off them were built and each costs around KD500,000 but, since it’s limited, you need to own at least five Ferraris to be even considered by Ferrari to let you buy one.

Sure if you are going to buy it new, but most of those cars get resold almost immediately, #1 La Ferrari for example was up for sale for around 460000 KD. so maybe special but not so special, just rich.

The LaFerrari looks great and sure as hell performs great. However, I feel it’s really lacking in the interiors… They just look uninspired. Before anyone goes ahead and says “it’s meant to be a driver centric car” or “if you’re looking for a good interior, buy a BMW”, I get that. This car is meant to be driven and that’s all, it’s not for people who want all the additional bells and whistles. But, you’re talking about putting down half a million buckaroos here, man! Why wouldn’t you want to enjoy it as much on the inside as compared to the outside?
On the other hand, the Porsche 918’s interior just makes me drooooool. The Mclaren P1 isn’t too bad either!

Oh c’mon, you don’t need to own one to know that it performs great, have you never seen a review? Plus, we’re talking about super cars here, man. For most of us, it sure as shit “performs great” compared to what we’d be driving around in on a daily basis. I’m not gonna be that guy who drives around in a beat up crap box that says “oh yeah, the LaFerrari is cool, ain’t got shit on my supercharged Toyota Corolla, but it’s alright”. Like, who are you kidding?
As for wanting a LaFerrari without seats…. lol. Might as well get one without the steering wheel, accelerator and brake pedal. I mean, who the fuck needs that, right?
Oh and while you’re at it, slap on some LED neon lights under the body. ‘Cause that’s obviously more important, ya know!

You can probably build an exact replica for less then 1/5 of that. You wont need to deal with Ferrari’s antics, save money, and experience the pleasure of building something vs. spending easy money to own it.
