Initially it looks like he blocked his path, but I guess it was not narrow enough
There must have been an incident that led up to this cuz the cop came out of the car running towards the guy
Speaking from experience the cops here more often than not tend to exaggerate or abuse their authority causing people to become less and less respectful of them which is leading to incidents like these

Well they could be worse. They could just start shooting you if you disrespect them or for even less reasons.

I would escape from cops too. I did escape. Later me and cops had lobster in Ikea. Lol
Extremely dangerous, driver could have intentionally or accidentally run him over… Police should practice more safety precautions and actually enforce rules.
