Local Motors, the American company behind the Rally Fighter car uploaded a new video yesterday in which he mentions briefly that they are opening an exclusive dealership in Kuwait as well as a factory where they will put these cars together. If that does happen I think it would be pretty cool since a local factory in Kuwait could then easily supply the other Gulf countries with Rally Fighters. [YouTube]

Better luck in Saudi Arabia or UAE. Kuwait EPA is becoming more strict on how we can use the deserts. The latest rally that took place in Kuwait almost got cancelled because of EPA.
Well the Rally Fighter is a road car that can be used off road.
Aha! That explains why the had to put a front bumper on it. Any idea how much is the car?
Dubai’s EPA is very strict about hunting in their desert I’ve been told, and it’s actually enforced
Very Ambitious to build a factory in kuwait, it will never work, licensing, etc is impossible kuwaitis all set up factories outside of kuwait in saudi, egypt, jordan
A factory is not what u imagine… Probably just a small workshop
Such a beast! forget the desert! I would totally drive it around the streets since its street legal! and for all you downers that say it wont work here, it is actually the exact opposite! It will def. work here! We’re all about cars here! Quit your whining! =o)
Local Motors finally took my advice but took it a step further by putting a factory in the ME. Congrats to them. I told them there would be a big market here for there product.
At first the car was around $70,000, but now it is up around $80,000
My bad $55k, now $70k
For THAT?! as I said… they are better off selling it in Dubai or Saudia. lol
20 to 30,000 KWD for this ..yeah we know whose who will be driving these. Followed by even more Loan write offs as a part of the the next National Assembly elections
