Since you’re ignoring me on twitter figured I’d ask here. Why are you guys blocking my section Kuwestions?
Update: Got a call from Ooredoo and they’re fixing this

My guess is that someone complained.
Happened to me once. I just called them and they fixed the problem right away.
Mark, it happens in KOC too. I then figured its fine every time the URL is https://kuwestions.mark248am1.wpenginepowered.com but blocked when it is https://kuwestions.com
So at KOC kuwestions.com is blocked but not kuwestions.mark248am1.wpenginepowered.com?
I’m at KOC right now. Can confirm.
i also confirm this from kpc
I also confirm from KIPIC
I think it has to do with automatic filters that are triggered by keywords. Kuwestions is full of references to all sorts of flagged categories (drugs, sodomites, alcohol, etc). It’s not really an error when you think about it.
Mark have you tried submitting the form that it asks for, maybe that can help
I don’t have ooredoo so I can’t get to the block page to fill out the form which is why I tried reaching them on twitter
They are about to deport you to LA
Their service quality has dropped drastically. i have been going back and forth wit them past couple of days. “They claim” I have subscribed through the internet to a Non-Ooredoo Service and have charged me.
I know for a fact I did not subscribe, nor did i authorise them to deduct for a non-ooredoo service. Why is there no double authorisation?
I think it is only me who sees the problem with this situation? Maybe tomorrow they decide they want to deduct KD 3000/- or more.
Worst costumer service in Kuwait.
