Validate Your Vaccination Taken Outside of Kuwait

The MOH has started registering and validating vaccinations that were taken outside Kuwait. This is mostly targeted towards Kuwaiti students who are studying abroad as well as residents who are currently stuck outside Kuwait.

Ministry of Health, State of Kuwait is accepting the Vaccination Documents issued abroad to be registered and validated by Public Health Department, so that it will enable all those vaccinated abroad (with Covid 19 Vaccines approved by Ministry of Health, Kuwait) upon approval, Register in Immune APP and enjoy the same benefits /privileges as those who are vaccinated within the state of Kuwait.

If you’re outside Kuwait and vaccinated, validate your vaccination by clicking here

Thanks John

I got vaccinated by the US Military in Kuwait and uploaded my information. I’m showing fully vaccinated in Immune and Kuwait Mobil ID apps.

How long did it take to get verified? I uploaded mine 2 days back and didn’t get verified yet.

I was vaccinated at the base too.

This is for Mark, sorry to involve you but just needing assistance as to how can non Arabs get help in terms of vaccination, even if we ready to pay, at least home country doing that, what’s wrong with us here

It is pretty straight forward however just make sure when you are uploading your vaccination certificate it is a PDF which is less than 500KB.

But they have not mentioned Covishield vaccine (Oxford vaccine rebranded and being manufactured in India).

Does that make sense? Especially when MOH had imported Covishield manufactured by Serum institute of India and vaccinated 10s of thousands of people.

I’m not very familiar with this, do you have an MOH link that mentions they’re using Covishield?

I guess if covishield and oxford are the same thing then the MOH will just list Oxford and not the different brands it goes by.

The link he shared mentions Covishield in the headline, in the url, and even in the picture of the vial. How can you say ‘no mention’?

Because the article itself says “Kuwait’s Ministry of Health (MoH) announced Sunday that 200,000 doses of the UK-based AstraZeneca with the University of Oxford vaccine against COVID-19, will arrive at dawn tomorrow, Monday – which is manufactured at the Serum Institute of India (SII).”

You could have at least taken the extra minute to read the article instead of just reading the URL. Who uses a URL address as a source? 🤦‍♂️

Did anyone receive a tracking number or confirmation email after registering?
How do we check the registration has gone through?

I registered through the link for verification but just got an OTP to confirm my email that’s all. Its been 10 days since that and didn’t get verified yet.

It’s been 5 days for us; try and send an update when you do maybe, will give us a realistic timeline of how this works.

I’m currently outside Kuwait and having trouble acessing their website. It seems to work just fine in Kuwait. Not sure if it’s just a problem in the country I’m in (Libya).

I got the email saying that my stuff was submitted and that it would take about 3 days(that was on the 22nd) today is the 27th and my information is still not updated. Is there a problem? I was vaccinated on the US army base.

I’m having a serious issue here and hope somebody can help.
I used the link after receiving my first vaccine in the UK. Everything worked fine, it registered and shows the relevant details in the Immune app and on my Mobile ID.
So far so good.
The big problem is that there is no way I can see to go back in and update it after having taken my second vaccine.
After following the link to the registration page and entering my details there is just a message saying “you are already registered”.
There is no option anywhere to Login having already been registered.
Entering a different email makes no difference.
As it stands I am completely stuck and unable to travel back to Kuwait because thee is no way to register my second vaccine!
I am DESPERATE for help on this.
Has anybody experienced this and knows how to resolve it?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for sharing. Have you resolved this issue? I am running into the same exact problem right now and I don’t know what to do.

Finally resolved this issue! Since the latest update to the “Immune” app, there is a link on the login page which takes you to the vaccination registration website. On the site there is now a red button “modify details”.
After clicking this button it basically allows you to register again. I did this and submitted my vaccination record and received email roughly 7 days later confirming that it has been approved. Now showing as vaccinated in both “Immune” and “Mobile ID” apps.
Hope this helps!

Will the certificate with mix-and-match vaccine (1st jab – Oxford, 2nd jab – Pfizer) be approved?

Hello everyone, I would have a question perhaps someone has experienced it?
If you are not Kuwaiti and you had the second dose of Oxford vaccine outside of Kuwait and you had the QR code certificate from the foreign Country as requested and you uploaded the document onto the MoH website, do you have then to wait for your Immune app to become green before you can fly back to Kuwait or can you simply show your certificate at the check in desk and they will let you boarding instead?
How long does it take before MoH approves your uploaded certificate?
It is not super-clear from the new DGCA’s directive.

Yes. You have to wait for the Immune App to turn Green; this happens once your documents on the registration website get approved.

MoH approvals are taking time cause of the backlog and I’m assuming there’s a priority list.

Thank you very much for answering!
In your opinion is it possible to forecast an average timing for the approval of a foreign vaccine certificate?
Given that is an AstraZeneca and there is a QR code as required?

Both myself and my wife uploaded copies of our 2nd vaccine which had the required QR code and they were both processed in 6 days.

I took 2 vaccine in india but when i install immune app i submit my civil id number then they want my Kuwait Mobil number but my number is not working in India please advise me how can i install this ap
