One Nation Under CCTV

I finally spotted a Banksy work while in London. I should find out where the rest of his stuff is located and go check them out live since I find this more interesting then visiting boring museums. For more details on the above work and better shots check this [Link]

an elephant painted with the same wallpaper as the wall to blend in the room…represents “the big issues some people choose to ignore”…wow genius!

did you see the snow today? everything is white! the snow is covers my shoes! it’s so cool since it hasn’t snowed in london like that for a while nwo

Wow Lexicon that’s a very stupid point of view to take. The good thing about art or any fine art is that all pieces are amazing in their own way and shouldn’t be said they are stupid by ignorant people such as yourself

by the way, 3 of february is the last day of british airways offer of KD140 return ticket to london. they extended it by one week.

Don’t think this is Banksy Mark, lol- just someone with a really wide paintbrush and some white emulsion.
Banksy would have painted an actual CCTV with YOU seeing yourself on it, with three heads and a sheepskin coat…..

Lexicon- Due to your mature response to "art" I offer a mature response to you: YOU’RE an idiot.

How’s that for maturity?

Note the sarcasm.

Teach-It actually is a banksy, you see the man at the bottom posed as painting it? And to the side, a spray painted security camera pointed onto him.

I love his work. He’s a genius, and a master of sarcastic art.

Thanks for the post Mark!

Patrick- An extremely high form of art, didn’t you know that?

Apparently, Lexicon has much to teach us all 🙂

😎

Sophomoric, obvious and laboured. Banksy’s art says next to nothing, but looks pretty stylish from time to time. He has lost most of his integrity in all but the most fatuous of artistic circles by doing corporate advertising pieces for EMI and Puma, among others.

Banksy’s concepts rarely reward any kind of close scrutiny, since they’re almost all tediously obvious. Of course, art is subjective, but if everything can be art, then art is nothing.
