Shop and Ship who are known for their US forwarding mailboxes have given their website a much needed facelift. Other than the fact the website looks better it’s also a lot more organized and easier to navigate.
One new feature I noticed is the tracking page now gives you an idea on when your package will be delivered to Kuwait. This was a much needed option and I’m curious to see how accurate it is. Check out the redesigned website [Here]

their prices have increased beyond control
its even cheaper to ship directly to your home address
Their Hong Kong office is worst ever. I bought something from a retailer and shipped it to Honk Kong office. The shipment company tracker says it was delivered and signed two days later. 2 weeks later it just appeared on the SnS website that it was just picked up!!! Two weeks register the shipment from the pickup date!!
I wouldn’t mind the charges provided they improve their services. They’ve revamped the website but still fail to update the tracking information. Packages delivered on May 1 .. notification still not received .. today shows arrived in the mailbox..another package left US mailbox n it’s been 7 days no tracking information updated.
well i just logged in to check the status of my package and it said pay now. i already fucking paid for it 2 days ago and now they want me to pay again. urgh!
nevermind, turns out they have a bug in their system. here is the bug:
1- when package shipped i paid KD6 for shipping
2- today i checked and they added customs of 1.45 and the page says i need to pay KD7.45
3- Only when i clicked pay now to go ahead and pay KD7.45 it then deducted the KD6 I previously paid.
So even though I had paid KD6 already I had to basically give in and say ok I will pay KD7.45 so I then they could show me the total with the amount i had previously paid.
very confusing.
