The Dubai Comic Con was held this past weekend and the Dubai based Brownmonkeys design collective designed some cool posters merging the Gulf culture with Western characters. My favorite was the Beavis and Butthead poster above.

I’m in no way condoning the practices of the local idiots who copied the All About Yves tshirt – but aren’t Brownmonkeys also producing “fake local imitations” of the creative ideas of Mike Judge & George Lucas?
