Please come and browse through the tables pilled up with hand made items, fabric related decorations, Christmas ornaments, pearls, Swarovski crystals, labels… Animal Friends League will have a table promoting their work here in Kuwait with pictures of the animals in need of a friendly home.

Please DO NOT PARK on the street, there is some construction going on right in front of our house and there is plenty of room in the Co-op parking lot.

Tenuous link to animals- but birds nest in treesand at Chritmas they have trees too, so…………let the rant begin…………
Very intelligent baladiya 9 not ) have been out all day cutting down trees people have planted outside their houses in Fintas.
These tress were NOT obstructing ANYTHING and were simply adding to the scenic beauty of the area and returning oxygen into our already dying atmosphere.
Who is the F&%$ up who had THAT bright idea?

I think this is great. It’s never too early or too late to celebrate the meaning of Christmas– or to help others. Thanks for posting, Mark 🙂

No Christmas comes hot on the heels of summer is finished , there goes Ramadan and bye bye Eid…..although….I really think before Halloween is pushing it a little……..I heard they will be having their Easter Fete on December 27th.

Personally, I think anything helping People & Animals (In that order) is a great thing.
Imagine what the world would have been if we all loved each other as God intended….

Speaking of Christmas… What is up with the Christmas music in August?
I could have sworn, I heard American Christmas music at the Sultan center and at Al Manshar Mall in a type of musak (Elevator music) format.

Either they got it cheap and trying to pass it off because no-one would notice or B, they have Christmas on the mind in August…
