Pakistan team way too strong in this competition. Majority of Pakistan players already represented Kuwait in my many tournaments held within Kuwait and outside. Gonna be a thrilling day surely.
Hoping arab people to come and join as it will really boost this type of sports. Hard to believe there are more then 12 registered cricket grounds around the country, and 500+ sportsmen playing the game.
yeah i was pretty surprised there were cricket grounds next to entertainment city, hadn’t spotted them before.
Its the only one of its kind cricket ground in Kuwait with grass layout, proper turf wicket and international standard floodlights
wow they have grass, thats cool
@Mark….Im not sure if that was a sarcastic comment but to let u knw. It is a bit of a deal having grass layout in cricket ground in Kuwait because the existing ones in Ahmadi and Sulaibiakhat dont
i wasn’t sarcastic, i’m actually surprised.
Lol fair enuff
My bad
I’ve been playing & following cricket my whole life.. but now it started to kinda feel boring & lengthy :/ even the shortest format T20 goes on for 3.5 – 4hrs… thats like more than 2 EPL matches 🙁
either way.. I’m sure it’s going to be a pretty good competition.
It’s going to b one-of-a-kind sporting/cricket event in Kuwait’s history for sure..
Pakistan just won that tournament, beating India in the
final match.
