Please let us us know if you do find them. They don’t have them in Sultan that’s for sure.

I’m not into Japanese and due to minimum charge policies I find myself ordering Japanese meals for the Edamame only. It’s not fair

Lu Lu center on the 4 th ring road ; every day from 7 am you can see all the sushi shops vans there to buy vegetables .You might find it from there.

I found them @ Sultan center with the frozen vegetables in Salmeya and Sharq. The soybeans bag look like a comic book because it’s all written in Japanese. They are very tasty just boil them with lots of salt.

Bon appetite

Sultan Center – Souk Sharq. They sell them in the frozen section. It has all Japanese writings on the bag. They are right across from the soft drinks fridges, and also across the ice cream section.

Hope that helps?

Sultan Center Salmiya; saw them there two days ago; frozen foods section near the okra and other greens; Japanese packaging.

Wow for some reason I wasn’t getting emails me telling me people were actually replying here. I think there was something wrong with the server..

Anyway I am going to pass by carrefour now since I am heading to Avenues. If i cant find it there will try Sultan Again.

Hi Mark, there is a shop in Muthanna Mall at Kuwait City where they sell all Japanese food. One of my collegues told me he used to buy Edamame from there. By the way, the shop entrance is from out side Muthanna Mall. Good Luck !

Hello,

There’s a great Japanese/Korean food store in Shuwaik where i get all my ingredients, especially authentic Udon noodles.
Directions: 3rd ring towards Shuwaik, which eventually turns into Canada Dry street. At the roundbout, go 12 o’clock (straight). Then make the first main right turn, u-turn, and the last right turn. The small store will be on the right hand side. Open till 5pm, closed on Fridays.
Enjoy ~
