Hard Rock Cafe no more?

hardrock

q8geek instagrammed the photo above of Hard Rock Cafe from outside. Looks like they’ve shut down since they’ve removed all the branding on the outside.

Update: According to the comments, it seems Hard Rock Cafe will be moving to the Avenues and Alshaya will be taking over the old location for one of their brands.

“Looks like they’ve shut down” Yes! there you go mark lol.

I don’t really care much about it, I just went there 3-5 times. but I once had a dream playing a drum solo there…

Maybe they’re just taking a nap after cleaning the signs inside the shuttered windows. I’m sure they’ll put all the branding back up once they wake up. No need for alarm.

Honestly, not many people go there anymore. It used to be cool at first. Now its just lame… Compared to branches in other countries, the Kuwait branch is by far the worst.

just came back from bangkok…hard rock cafe out there is paradise for rock music fans…good food, good service, alcohol and they had a live band every night playin live music…they sounded so much like the original tracks! what an experience…. the band name is TIEMPO.

for their music and videos search by “tiempo band” on youtube.

hard rock kuwait just sucks!

There is no Hard Rock without Beer… what where they thinking of opening in Kuwait??

Went ones and got so annoyed with the HAPPY Birthday song’s playing every 10 mins, I was about blow up.

This:

“Happy Birthday song playing every 10 mins.”

Is why I only went there once, and what a waste of my life that was.

LOL. I heard it only once when I visited. But there were only two tables there (mine included). And that was the only time i’ve been there ;/

the location is good, the interior is amazing. I think the building has really good potential for a nicer restaurant.

btw, if u think Hard Rock was doing bad… think about Planet Hollywood. THAT i have never been into. lol

Now its end of 2014, does anybody knows when it will be open in avenues. Though I agree iKuwait is not right place to have Hard Rock as no alcohol and live music is allowed in Kuwait by law
