How healthy is Pufak?

According to Eat Like Mira it’s actually not bad at all. It’s baked not fried and the whole bag is just 100 calories. [Link]

Are you bored? So Kim’s gone now, what did you think of her? Is she really beautiful up close? How did your interview go and did you feel that the event was well planned? Thank you.

i already know it’s not bad at all, that’s why i don’t mind giving it to my 2 years old boy 🙂

but my friends are always like (why are you giving it to your son, he’s still a kid these things are bad for him) and i’m always like (guys it’s not fried! and no colors added to it, and it will not make him fat)

of course it’s not a meal just something to eat when he’s board..

what …100 calorie.
it is written on the bag itself it contains around 500 Kcalories…
read it urself man
