Not sure when they started but iHop in Jabriya is now open 24 hours a day. Previously they were just open from 7AM to midnight. I’ve updated the Breakfast Places in Kuwait list accordingly.

Finally!
When it first opened here years ago, everybody was dismayed that it wasn’t open 24 hours because the whole point of IHOP is to go there after a night of barhopping with friends to soak up all the booze.
Pancakes taste so much better at 3 am.
Denny’s is used for the same purpose.

I think they opened their first store at the Avenues because they were marketing it as a family place, rather than a place for booze-riddled degenerates.
Its perfectly located to catch all the bar hoppers in Rai and Shuwaikh, also it gets another wave of traffic when the clubs around Farwaniya close at 5am.
