Can somebody explain to me why gluten free products are more expensive? Is it a difficult process to make gluten free products?

Well that’s very considerate of the government towards people with Celiac disease.

Isn’t it also the first government in the world to SUBSIDIZE (not produce) gluten free products?

I have tried the cupcakes, the loaf and the buns. they’re considerably smaller than your average bun/piece of toast, but they’re so delicious! 🙂

i dont live in kuwait so im a little confused. Is there a surge in celiac or are people hopping on the gluten free is healthy without train for hype ?

and to answer one posters question, gluten free products are a bit trickier to get down adn stabilize as a final product but once you have a winning recipe and its automated it becomes very easy. Its raw ingrediants include potato , rice flour, psyllium husks and such and are very cheap its just the Gluten Free factor sells ..

4kd for a loaf of bread… thats insane .. so glad i bake my own sourdough and mill my own flour
