Does anyone have any idea as to how these people get license to operate? or do they don’t require one?

Do they actually have a license from the proper authorities to serve food to the public for a few days? Is the property certified by the fire department?

you should add “kill” after your username.

Since PLTQ8 (who runs Qout Market) helped set this up, then they probably have a license similar to markets. You know how there is food served at the weekend markets? This works the same way.

I hope they have a separate menu for desserts and beverages.

Are they planning to launch a full-time eatery later on, or is it only a one time fling?

urban creamery and coffee villains are setup there alongside tigertiger this week so desserts and beverages are sorted.

from what i know TigerTiger will be opening up as a delivery place and not a dine-in eatery.

Check it out tiger tiger in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. Its mint than the one n Q8. All our arab brothers and sisters are found at this bar with tequila….lol

I was so unimpressed. Very basic, food-court tasting, and MSG soaked.
Mark are you going to do a round up of 2016 restaurants soon?
I need something good!

Not sure where you got the MSG thing from Liz but it’s never been an ingredient. Part of the motivation behind an open kitchen: transparent operations. Sauces are all house made from scratch. Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the street food vibe. Basic certainly isn’t something anyone strives for – the aim was to do basics really really well! If you had specific feedback on particular dishes, it would be helpful. If you can’t be bothered that’s okay too!
