– The airport looks as though people want to escape fearing a giant comet strike in Kuwait
– You love going to work because it takes 7 mins and not 40 mins
– Finding parking anywhere is a breeze

The real test will be going to Avenues tonight and being able to get out in less than an hour. I’ve heard from someone working in the traffic police dept to stay away from Gate mall as there has been fighting and stabbings reported as well as people who are stuck in the parking lot calling emergency services for help.

I live close The Gate Mall, there are a lot of fights and crap but outside the mall not inside. The mall itself is full of Saudis though.

Ya 7abeeby Mark.
There is no que at Pick-Yo in the morning try getting a smoothe at 9 or 10pm, you’ll easily wait up to half an hour or even more.

By any chance did you park your car right next to the bridge that leads up to the drop off zone? I saw a car on the curb in the LT parking while driving up the bridge and realized it looked similar to the one in your snapchat picture.

On another note, I left the country as well, for a wedding coincidently, on Thursday. The last 2km or so leading up to the airport was COMPLETELY jammed. People were stuck in the emergency lanes lol. The airport was busy as hell and even after checking in online it took us 2 hours to drop our bags. The conveyor belt was fucked too. But, we had it good compared to a couple friends of ours who travelled KU and NONE of them received their luggage. They had to buy new clothes for the wedding again. I saw close to 50-60 passengers with missing luggage and it really seems like KU just didn’t bother loading it ’cause they couldn’t cope with the rush.

Kuwait has one of the worst airports ever.

TO ALL you sucka’s on here complaining, welcome to Kuwait, hahahaha u all chose to live & work in this backwards society so deal with it. Have a great day!

Can you even tell Saudis and Kuwaitis apart, if you tried??
It’s different with Emaaratis and Qataris but not so with Saudis, I guess.
I always thought Bahrain and Dubai were the most preferred Eid getaways for the Saudis but looks like Kuwait is fast catching up as the “new Bahrein” for a lot of people living in the Eastern province.
Move over Manama and Seef Mall and say hi! to Kuwait and the Avenues.
