It could be bought as a second hand truck and brought to Q8. You see many of such trucks in Shuwaikh. The owner didn’t bother changing the logo maybe?

Isn’t this probably to do with the secret stocking up of alcohol in a location I can’t mention (but it’s in Kuwait), ahead of opening a license-based off-licence for expats by African and Eastern? I’m not quite sure yet of the quantities in storage, but I understand it has been based on a calculation of the male non-muslim population size, with a restricted quantity based on salary – same model as Abu Dhabi.

lol i was gonna say err no. Kuwait will never legalise alcohol bc certain people are making way more money from it on the black market (charging ridiculous prices) and they get to BS about the country being clean and straight. It’s a win-win situation in their eyes and a lose-lose situation for the consumers.
