Its raining today. What will happen to the festival

Well, I think the government never thought it would rain this much when they signed the deal for 1 million KD for these sculptures. This year it’s been raining a lot which means every time it rains they have to fix the sculptures. I hope they dry it out by Thursday or the public will be wading in mud and water.
they probably also cover the sculptures maybe?
